What is Kobe Beef?
Kobe Beef is the brand name of beef from a cow that succeeded blood of Tajima cow, Japanese Black Cattle. It has lived for a long time in the northern part of Hyogo Prefecture from generation to generation and the BMS value (fat hybridization) is ranking 6 or more.
The beef does not look with a lot of marbles, but the taste is elegant and not fatty at all: and the fine fibers of meat are good for health. We recommend this beef positively because this is much more tasty compared with other beef in Japan.

Mouriya's Special Selection is a good quality beef from the cow that hybridizes the bloodline of Japanese Black Cattle with the Tajima cow, known as the Kobe cow, and has been steadily produced without close-cross.
The cows for Mouriya's Special Selection have been growing up in the Mouriya's contractual ranch in Youfu City, Tajima cow's hometown, eating the same fodder and feed with the pure blood Tajima cows in the same cowshed, and the meat tastes as wonderful as Kobe Beef.

What is Sirloin steak?

What is rump steak?
